(for ICC21 Virtual Conference)

Poster Presentation Overview

Poster-style Papers will be presented as PDF or PowerPoint slide packages (without audio) describing the key points of the author's paper.  Each poster slide package will be available on the ICC website for viewing by paid attendees both during the conference and after the conference until January 31, 2021. 

Slide Presentation Digital File Format and Naming

All slide files must be in either PDF or PowerPoint (*.ppt or *.pptx) format.  PDF is preferred to avoid any font related issues.  Each package should begin with a title slide reflecting the paper's title, authors, and affiliations, and the package should end with a summary slide of key results/conclusions.  The slide package should contain a maximum of 20 slides.

Your submitted file should be named with the session and paper number in the following format: (session)- (paper number)–ICC21. For example, TO2-05-ICC21.pdf

Presentation Digital File Submission Date

Poster presenters are required to upload an electronic version of their presentation slides to the Conference Server (TBD) between November 1 and November 30, 2020.  Early submission is highly encouraged to allow early proofing of your successful upload and linking in the conference website.

Candidate Recording Software

Various software are available for recording a slide-type presentation.  The most common is Microsoft's PowerPoint.  If using an alternate software please save the final result as a PDF before uploading to the ICC21 server.
