ICC24 Call for Papers opens January 5, 2026

The following is a NON-FUNCTIONAL draft of the Call for Papers that will be open for submittals on January 5, 2026.  This form is not functional, but provides a preview of information that will be required when the call is open on January 5.

Abstract Submittal Instructions.

Students: The ICC encourages student participation, whether as presenters or attendees. All students receive reduced-fee Registration for ICC Conferences. Student presenters are eligible for an even lower reduced fee AND their papers are considered for the Best Student Paper Award.   Please indicate on the application form if the presenting author is a student.

Applications must designate presentation preference as follows

  • Oral Presentation: 13 minutes of presentation, 2 minutes of questions (presenters may forego the question period to allow additional presentation time). Total 15 minutes.
  • Poster: Displays set up in the conference area, with scheduled times for presenters to be available for discussion with viewers.
English is the required language for presentations and submitted papers. If presenting in English is expected to be a difficulty, we recommend that you select a Poster Style presentation.  The written manuscripts are treated the same for Oral and Poster papers.

See the linked material describing the requirements for paper manuscripts and presentations under the Authors tab of this web site.
Presenters must register for the conference by the pre-registration deadline.
