Author Manuscript  

Use this Link to Upload your Camera-Ready Paper Manuscript and Signed Copyright Form.  To expedite the production of the Proceedings, your primary input should be an electronic version of your manuscript saved as an MS Word file (*.doc or *.docx).  If an Adobe Acrobat PDF file is also submitted, make sure the file is saved with high resolution graphics (at least 300 dpi) and with all fonts embedded.  See detailed instructions for manuscript preparation HERE.

Your submitted files should be less than 20 MB and named with your name and paper number in the following format: 

• For Manuscript:              MAN_Paper number_Author last name_date. filetype
• For Copyright Form:       CPY_Paper number_Author last name_date. filetype
