ICC 24 Author Upload Site for Slides, Posters,
and Manuscripts with Copyright Forms
This
page provides Links for uploading documents for use in the ICC24 program. Separate links have been set up for Slides & Posters and for Paper Manuscripts with Copyright Forms.
Author Slides and Posters 
Use this Link to Upload your Slides for your Paper. This slide package will be linked to your paper in the ICC24 Program. As an Option, poster presenters can also upload a digital graphic of the poster for viewing on the website.
Note: You must be logged in to make a submission.
Your submitted slide file must be LESS THAN 25MB and be named with your Paper Number, Author's Name and Date in the following format:
SLD_Paper number_Author last name_MM-DY-YY. filetype
For example: SLD_5.1_Ross_6-2-26.PDF
As an option, Poster presenters can also upload a graphic of their poster named as follows:
PST_Paper number_Author last name_MM-DY-YY. filetype
For example: PST_5.1_Ross_6-2-26.PDF
Author Manuscript 
Use this Link to Upload your Camera-Ready Paper Manuscript and Signed Copyright Form. To expedite the production of the Proceedings, your primary input should be an electronic version of your manuscript saved as an MS Word file (*.doc or *.docx) or LaTeX file. If an Adobe Acrobat PDF file is also submitted, make sure the file is saved with high resolution graphics (at least 300 dpi) and with all fonts embedded. Each manuscript must be accompanied with a signed Copyright form; it should be scanned in and saved as a PDF file for uploading. Click for Blank Copyright Form
Your submitted files should be less than 20 MB and named with your name and paper number in the following format:
- For Manuscript: MAN_Paper number_Author last name_date. filetype
