Slide & Poster Upload Instructions

Use this Form to Upload your Presentation Slides or Poster Graphics for posting on the ICC website.  Your Slide file should be a PDF or Microsoft PowerPoint file .  PDF is preferred to minimize computer software and font compatibility issues.  Note that the maximum file size is 25 MB.  Poster presenters can optionally also upload a graphic of your poster.

Your submitted files should be named with your Paper Number, Author Last Name, and Submission Date in the following format: 

For Slides (either oral or poster):            

For example:         
SLD_5.1_Ross_06-11-26.pdf

For Poster Board Graphics: 
     PST_Paper#_Name_MM-DY-YR. filetype

For example:         
PST_9.1_Ross_06-11-26.pdf

Comments: Please provide any needed comments such as this is an updated version of an earlier submission.

After proofing your entries, hit the Submit Button at the bottom.  A copy of your submission will be emailed to your email address.
